The Forum is the largest and most important international event for social security and is expected to involve more than 1,000 participants, including ministers, administrators, CEOs and senior managers from ISSA member organizations in all world regions. The Forum will be hosted by the Social Insurance Fund of Panama.

The Forum programme will analyse and debate key issues and challenges facing social security and will include sessions on innovative strategies in social security administration and a Summit of policy-makers. The Forum will provide exclusive networking opportunities for social security senior managers and professionals. A highlight of the Forum will be the launch of additional Guidelines for key areas of social security administration prepared by the ISSA technical commissions and new developments in the ISSA Centre for Excellence.
