Die Welt wandelt sich und mit ihr im Wechselspiel die Arbeitswelt. Das ist nichts Besonderes und war schon immer so. Doch was wir seit kurzem erleben, hat es noch nie in der Geschichte gegeben. Digitalisierung und mit ihr die künstliche Intelligenz erzeugen und beschleunigen selbstverstärkend Veränderungen mit einer Geschwindigkeit, an die wir noch vor wenigen Jahren nicht einmal denken konnten. Das ist keine Bedrohung, sondern beinhaltet auch viele Chancen für gute und gesunde Arbeit. Dabei muss der Mensch, seine Arbeit und seine Gesundheit immer im Mittelpunkt aller Entwicklungen stehen. Die Aufgabe heißt: Menschengerechte Gestaltung von Arbeit und nicht arbeitsgerechte Gestaltung des Menschen!
Die A+A als eine der international wichtigsten Veranstaltungen für sichere und gesunde Arbeit und persönlichen Schutz steht deshalb mit voller Berechtigung unter dem Motto. „Der Mensch zählt“. Erleben wir in diesem Kongressauftakt wichtige Stimmen aus maßgeblichen Institutionen, welche Schwerpunkte sie dabei setzen.

The task is: humane design of work and not work-appropriate design of people!
As one of the most important international events for safe and healthy work and personal protection, A+A is therefore fully justifiably held under the motto. "People matter".
