Steve Conway is the Director of Leadership and Psychological Safety with the Manufacturing Safety Alliance of BC, where he leads initiatives to strengthen workplace culture, leadership capacity, and psychological health and safety across the manufacturing sector. An ICF-accredited Executive and Leadership Coach with over 15 years of professional coaching experience, Steve has worked extensively with executives, senior leaders, and organizations to enhance emotional intelligence, resilience, and performance.
Steve also serves as a Leadership Coach and Facilitator with Homewood Health, supporting leaders across post-secondary, government, non-profit, and corporate sectors in the areas of workplace mental health, leadership development and psychological safety.
He has held senior academic leadership roles, including Vice President of Canadian Programs and Director of the Master of Counselling Programs at City University in Canada, guiding institutional transformation and program growth.
With a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD) and an MBA in Leadership and Teams, Steve brings over three decades of experience in leadership, coaching, and clinical practice, helping organizations create cultures where people and performance thrive.
