CEO, The Centre for Occupational Safety in Finland (since March 2024)
Timo Koskinen is a Finnish legal professional and senior executive with extensive experience in labor law, occupational safety, and human resources leadership. Since March 2024, he has served as the Managing Director of the Centre for Occupational Safety, a national tripartite organization promoting health, safety, and well-being at work.
Prior to this, he held senior leadership positions at Posti Group and VR Group (Finnish Railways), focusing on strategic HR, occupational safety, workplace well-being, and employment relations. He also has a legal background as a licensed lawyer and has worked in both corporate and legal advisory roles. He has also acted as a Chief safety officer for the Finnish Railways with responsibility for the company's overall safety management.
Timo has served in multiple board and trustee positions, including at Aallon Group Plc, VR Pension Foundation, and several labor market and occupational safety-related foundations.
