Dr. Winson Yeung Principal Consultant, Occupational Safety and Health Council, Hong Kong SAR, China Dr Winson YEUNG is the Principal Consultant of the Occupational Safety and Health Council. He is a seasoned safety and health professional with over 30 years of experience working closely with different sectors to enhance their workplace safety and health through OSH consultancy services, safety trainings and OSH research studies. He takes major responsibilities in developing and implementing the Council’s policies in consultancy services and is leading a strong team of safety and health professionals. Dr Yeung is responsible for managing the “Independent Safety Audit Scheme” and the “Surprise Safety Inspection Scheme” which are tailor-made for the Hong Kong Housing Authority and the Hong Kong Housing Society’s work projects. He also monitors the development of the “Hong Kong Safety and Health Certification Scheme” and the “OSH Enhancement Schemes for Small and Medium Enterprises.” Dr Yeung is a Chartered Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH) in the United Kingdom, Member of the International Commission on Occupational Health (ICOH) and the American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH). He is also a Registered Safety Officer and a Registered Safety Auditor in Hong Kong.
