Antti Leino, MSc., Lic.Tech., EurOSHM, brings over 25 years of experience in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) leadership within the international construction industry. He currently works as Vice President in Skanska Finland and chairs two key national safety forums in Finland: the Safety Group of The Confederation of Finnish Construction Industries RT (CFCI) and the Finnish Safety Managers’ Association (FSMA). Leino is a active voice in the global safety community, having presented at numerous industry events, including Vision Zero Summits in 2019 (Helsinki), 2022 (Digital conference) and 2025 (Osaka). His work focuses on advancing proactive safety culture, production integrated risk management and visible leadership.
