Silvester Siegmann is safety engineer and operational safety manager. Originally graduate mineralogist (crystallography) and moved 1995 - after five years at German Montan Technology (DMT) in Bochum - as a Senior Researcher in the Institute of Occupational Medicine and Social Medicine, Heinrich-Heine University Duesseldorf, where he remained until today in research and teaching is active. Since the 80s, he worked with in the organization of occupational health training for physicians of the Medical Association of Westphalia-Lippe and since 1997 in the leadership of occupational health training for physicians of the North Rhine Academy of Medical Education and Training of the Medical Association of North Rhine in Duesseldorf (AEKNO). In the same year he completed training as a safety engineer at the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health and founded in 1998 a safety service.
